Tomorrow I will receive the proofs from the printer in Illinois, will review them and send them back to Illinois as soon as ever I can. And that, I believe, is really truly the final final final step involved in getting the book published! I'm very excited and at work on the promotion plan, which is a bit overwhelming but I've figured out a way to chunk it into manageable pieces.
