I received books and have shipped all advance orders (with one exception, a special order). I've also sent off 136 review copies to newspapers, magazines and blogs, and have sent books to distributors and wholesalers.

It took a good deal longer than expected to ship off the orders, partly because I had the wrong sort of boxes for shipping orders of 5, 10 and 20 books and had to order shipping boxes and wait for them to arrive, and partly due to 2 days sick with flu.

It feels good to have everything shipped! So far all the reactions I've heard are very positive, everyone loves the cover, as I do also. I can't wait to start hearing feedback on the story itself!

I hope to have the book on Amazon.com by December 1. I'm arranging for the "Search Inside This Book" feature which takes a bit of time for them to process.
