Author Alyce Barry quoted in Montreal Gazette article on fear
A few weeks ago, I was contacted by Stephanie Whittaker, a reporter for the Montreal Gazette, who was writing an article about fear.
Her article, "Feet to the Flames," appeared in the August 30 issue. I'm described as the author of Practically Shameless and Shadow Work facilitator and quoted on the article's 3rd page.
I really enjoyed talking to Stephanie, it was the most fun I've had speaking with a journalist since Practically Shameless was published.

Alyce,
Canadian book sales, as a result of that quote, would be good. Shadow workshops in the Canadian Rockies would be even better. (After all, participants will also buy books.)
You do important work and I'm hoping both happen for you.

Alyce: How great that you had that interview as an expert in your field--maybe you can use that somehow for one of your quotes for your new book.
Your post just prior to this one certainly struck a chord. It is sometimes so hard to think what to post next on our blogs, especially when you have more than one. Sorry to hear it's been a challenging year for you, but perhaps we only grow when forced to look at stuff that's going on. I often say to myself, "Oh NO, not THAT lesson again!" -- Rosemary Carstens
